Independent preparation service
The platform provides original educational mock tests, explanations, analytics, chapter notes and revision cheat sheets for identified NISM examination versions. It is not NISM, SEBI or an examination authority, and it does not provide official examination questions or official NISM study material.
One learner, one account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and verification codes confidential, and use the account only for yourself. You may not share, sell, lend or transfer an account or its paid access.
Free and premium access
Mock 1 is available free for each listed exam after verified account sign-in. An individual ₹299 pack grants one account access to 3 premium mock tests (Mocks 2, 3 and 4), answer review, chapter notes and the two-page cheat sheet for the selected exam for 30 days. The MFD + PMS promotional bundle grants access to both tracks and their study materials for 90 days at ₹450. A custom bundle may combine two to four selected exams for 90 days at the discount displayed before checkout. Premium access starts only after the server verifies a successful payment.
Prohibited conduct
You may not copy, record, publish, redistribute or resell questions, explanations, notes or cheat sheets; scrape or automate extraction; bypass access checks; manipulate requests, browser storage or payment status; reverse engineer security controls; overload the service; or help another person obtain unauthorised access. Download permission is for the purchasing learner's personal preparation only.
Security enforcement
Paid questions, analytics and study-material downloads are checked against active server-side access. We may end sessions, require re-verification, restrict devices, suspend or revoke access, block abusive traffic and preserve security logs where sharing, fraud, automation, extraction or interference is reasonably suspected. A breach of these terms may make the affected purchase ineligible for refund, subject to applicable law.
Content licence
Access is a limited, revocable, personal and non-transferable right to use the platform during the stated period. Ownership of original questions, explanations, branding, software and interface content remains with the operator or applicable rights holder.
No result guarantee
Mock scores are diagnostic. Content may contain errors or become outdated after rule changes. We do not guarantee a pass, score, job, registration, professional outcome or that any practice question will appear in an examination.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages and official source revisions can affect availability. Material product or policy changes will be reflected on the website. These terms are governed by applicable laws in India; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
