Market Exam Deck is an independent exam-preparation platform. Privacy requests can be sent to support@marketexamdeck.in from the registered account address.
Information we collect
Account registration collects your name, email address, confirmation status and sign-in method. After email verification, you may optionally add an Indian mobile number for account verification, recovery and purchase support. It is never shown publicly, and adding it does not opt you into spam or marketing.
Learning activity
We may store mock attempts, selected answers, scores, completion status, timing, bookmarks, flags and activity timestamps. This is used to display your history, produce performance analysis, restore eligible progress and provide support.
Authorised performance review
Authorised platform administrators may review account-linked scores, selected-answer records and chapter analysis to operate the service, resolve support issues and improve learning support. Reviewer-preview activity is kept separate from learner records. Preparation results will not be used for class-referral outreach or shared with a teaching partner without a separate, recorded learner-consent step.
Purchases and access
When payments are enabled, we will store transaction references, product, amount, payment status, refund status and access start and expiry dates. Card numbers, CVV and UPI PIN are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
Security and service records
We may process IP address, browser or device information, sign-in events, request logs and suspicious-activity signals to secure accounts, prevent automated extraction, investigate abuse and maintain service availability.
How information is used
Information is used to create and recover accounts, deliver purchased access, show preparation history, answer support requests, send transactional confirmations, prevent fraud and improve the reliability of the platform. Account creation alone does not opt you into promotional messages.
Service providers
Contracted infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, security and payment providers may process only the information needed to perform their service. We do not sell learner personal information.
Website analytics
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits, navigation patterns and page-performance signals so we can improve the public website. Google Analytics may also be enabled on the production website. Analytics does not receive card numbers, passwords, OTPs or mock-test answers from this platform.
Device-local data
Free-attempt history and bookmarks may also be stored in your current browser for continuity on that device. Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove that local record.
Retention and deletion
Account and study records are retained while needed to provide the service. Verified deletion requests will remove or anonymise eligible data, except records that must be kept for payment, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security or legal compliance.
Your choices
You can correct profile details from your account and request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@marketexamdeck.in from the registered address. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on a request.
